Ambassador Elenwen from Skyrim
As I was following the Imperial delegation as they left the peace conference, I found out that Elenwen is a really powerful mage. While the other people from the peace conference were taking forever to kill trolls and bandits, she was killing them with one shot and making them fly through the air. She did a fire spell explosion that was almost as big as a house. It was pretty awesome. It inspired me to draw this.
