This is Glarthir from Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
He greets you shortly after you arrive in the town of Skingrad, and asks you to meet him behind the temple after midnight. He asks you to spy on 3 people that he says are always watching him because he knows too much. There are 4 possible endings to this sidequest that I know of, so it's one of the more interesting quests. The 3 people in the background are 3 people he asks you to watch. This took approximately 30 hours to draw, over the span of 2 weeks using Photoshop CS2 and Corel Painter 8. FULL-VIEW EXISTS  |

Just forewarning you, you may want to take it with a pinch of salt.
I play the PS3 version. I love Oblivion too.. it's the best game I've ever played. I've made a few other Oblivion drawings, and I plan to make more. The only other game-related art I made before are 2 drawings of Harvest Moon: Magical Melody. I made those over a year ago, and they're in the middle of my DA gallery.
