He greets you shortly after you arrive in the town of Skingrad, and asks you to meet him behind the temple after midnight. He asks you to spy on 3 people that he says are always watching him because he knows too much. There are 4 possible endings to this sidequest that I know of, so it's one of the more interesting quests.
The 3 people in the background are 3 people he asks you to watch.
This took approximately 30 hours to draw, over the span of 2 weeks using Photoshop CS2 and Corel Painter 8.

ahhh i started this part of the story, what actually is the whole plot or plots then? its a brilliant illustration by the way, i recognised it right away, very well done
Well... I've heard of 4 endings, but I only tried 2 of them. I heard that if you refuse to help him spy on those 3 people, you hear the next day about how he went crazy with an axe and killed a bunch of people before the guards took him down. If you spy on those people and tell him the truth that they're not watching him, he thinks your part of the conspiracy and pulls out an axe to try to kill you. If you lie and say they are watching him, then he asks you to murder them. If you murder them he gives you 1000 gold, if you tell a guard about his murder plot he gets killed, and you get no money.

I play the PS3 version. I love Oblivion too.. it's the best game I've ever played. I've made a few other Oblivion drawings, and I plan to make more. The only other game-related art I made before are 2 drawings of Harvest Moon: Magical Melody. I made those over a year ago, and they're in the middle of my DA gallery.
