My Trip to India

I got my first experience of life in India as soon as I got off the plane for the layover in Bombay. I went to use the bathroom at the airport, and I saw that in the stalls, instead of toilets, there were simply holes in the ground to squat over. And the airport didn't look like an airport at all, but had all sorts of tiny hallways, rusty gates, and peeling paint. Once my husband and I got our luggage, we waited for a bus. An airport worker said he would call us in the waiting room for the bus, but he never showed up. We managed to catch the bus to the other terminal anyways. At first I couldn't figure out why there was camera data on this of my camera. Then I realized I had initially drawn this over a photograph I took of myself in that position holding a screwdriver to get the basic shape of the pose I would be using.
